Blackmarket trades/ unofficial trades/ Personal requests are trades from one player to another, therefore Transfering one's money to another. This money will not be supported by the unlimited treasury of E$s and player will conduct this between themselves and inform me about this. Adopt a *thing* that costs E$s to buy are examples.

NO COUNTERFEIT DOLLARS TO BE TRADED.
